In times of struggle, Community Action is a helping hand. Whether it be navigating state resource applications, or finding a local food bank, we’re here to assist.
Established under the Johnson Administration, Community Action has long served as a source of relief and empowerment for low-income communities throughout the country. Community members working as boots on the ground to deliver much needed aid to those who need it more.
We are the California Community Action Partnership Association.

The first major objective of CalCAPA Connect is to organize affinity groups across the network. Starting in a virtual space allows organic growth of groups that have common missions, clients, and struggles.
