At our core, the California Community Action Partnership Association advocates on behalf our statewide Community Action Agencies and their communities by cultivating relationships with district representatives and actively participating in legislative activity. 

We will be a voice in support or opposition to legisaltion that could affect our Community Action Agencies– both in their operations and impact made on their communities. 

We’re stronger together, and CalCAPA will always be a voice for California communities.
