eCornell Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Certificate Program

Cohort 2 Orientation

California CAA staff are invited to participate in a highly regarded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program from Cornell University. CalCAPA negotiated a special rate for California-based CAAs for a limited time.

CalCAPA asks that agencies limit participation in this certificate program to help ensure equity across all 60 CAAs. CalCAPA will offer the program until all seats are purchased.

Time Investment

The certificate program is delivered in 4 courses. Each 2-week virtual course is actively monitored by an instructor and requires approximately 6-10 hours to complete. More information on the courses that comprise the certificate is available on eCornell’s website.
