CalCAPA is now accepting proposals for its Training & Technical Assistance Consultant pool for 2019-2021 contracts. Initial selection will begin February 15, 2019, and contracts will be awarded by March 15, 2019.
Ideal candidates for the Consultant Pool will demonstrate creativity and competence in addressing the needs of CSBG awardees in the state of California. CSBG rules are defined by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services via a set of nine clearly defined Organizational Standards. More information about the Organizational Standards and selection criteria may be found in the RFP document titled CalCAPA Training & Technical Assistance Consultant Pool 2019-2021.
