Full-time position with benefits. Our regular positions are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance as well as a 5% salary match for a tax-deferred retirement plan (403b, match is after 1 year of employment). This position plans, organizes, coordinates and directs the activities of the Senior Services program including, but not limited to: senior nutrition, volunteer recruitment, and management.  Oversees program operations, monitors budgets, and determines policies regarding services, participant involvement, and program requirements. Manages contractual relationships and monitors food vendors. Stays abreast of program developments and keeps the COO/CEO apprised of program performance.


Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience may include institutional food service; or general program/project management involving budgeting, fiscal controls, operational oversight, and staff supervision. Strong computer skills. Current Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance with the ability to qualify for coverage under the Agency’s insurance plan.
